On April 12, 2012, six families were affected by a fire in the North Trail at the Arboretum Condominium Association located in Chesapeake, Virginia. The fire began in one of the homes and quickly spread to the other five due to dry conditions and high winds. In total, five homes were completely destroyed. Fortunately no one was hurt in the fire. The families appreciated the assistance the donations provided in the reconstruction of their homes and replacement of personal property lost.
