KAPOLEI, HI – September 12, 2016 – Associa Hawaii recently raised more than $75,000 for Shriners Hospitals for Children – Honolulu and Associa Cares. The money was raised at its 18th Annual Charity Golf Tournament in July at Kapolei Golf Club.
“We were overwhelmed with the participation from our vendors, clients and employees who made it possible to raise well beyond our $65,000 goal,” said Associa Hawaii President Jon McKenna. “The event served for a great industry networking afternoon and to be able to give to such worthy charities made it special for everyone involved.”
More than 200 people participated in the golf tournament and even more contributed to the online and live auctions which helped bring in the charitable donations along with vendor contributions.
