STOCKTON, Calif., May 7, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Associa Northern California’s 4th Annual Speed Dating Vendor Fair & Trade Show brings in more than $43,000 that will go directly to Associa Cares to assist families and communities in crisis as a result of natural and man-made disasters.
The event was held Friday April 24 at the University Plaza Waterfront Hotel in Stockton. The speed-dating aspect gave homeowner associations, board members, and community managers one-on-one time with the 44 vendors and service providers in attendance.
“We’ve found that this concept is popular because every one of the vendors is guaranteed time to speak with every potential client attending the event,” says Associa California President Joe Price. “We’ve seen the event grow in size each year and we’re always excited to see how much we’ll be able to contribute toward cause as worthy as Associa Cares.”
Through donations raised at fundraising events across the country, Associa Cares is able to provide necessary goods and services to the families affected by these types of tragedies.
