WATERFORD, MI – April 28, 2016 – LandArc, an Associa company, recently helped out eight families by providing them with $1,000 each after the Colonial Village condominiums in Waterford experienced extensive damage during an electrical fire on January 30. The community management company tapped into funds provided by Associa Cares, the firm’s non-profit agency set up to aid families who have experienced a crisis at home.
“We partnered with Associa last year letting our communities know that they now have access to its national resources and that decision has most definitely paid off for these residents who lost most of their belongings,” said LandArc CFO Stephanie Bickers. “The residents were so thankful and glad to know a company this big cared so much about the individual.”
