Infographic: Associa Cares Celebrates $3 Million Milestone

Dallas, TX – January 31, 2018 – Associa Cares, the non-profit affiliate of Associa, the industry’s largest community management company, has surpassed $3 million dollars in aid provided to distressed homeowners.

Associa Cares launched in 2007 with the mission to assist families and communities who have experience a crisis as a result of natural and man-made disasters. Associa Cares is funded entirely by tax-deductible donations of Associa employees and concerned citizens across North America. Since its inception, the non-profit has provided financial grants to more than 2000 families. These grants are to assist those whose homes are impacted by floods, wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes and man-made disasters across the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

“We are humbled by the donations from employees, business partners and concerned citizens that have allowed us to grow Associa Cares into the industry’s leading charity,” said Andrew Fortin, Associa Cares president. “2017 was a challenging year with natural disasters impacting homeowners across the country. Our goal is to provide financial assistance to help residents get through the challenging weeks following such events. We look forward to being able to continue to help those in need in 2018.”

Associa Cares is a national nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization created to assist families and communities in crisis as a result of natural and man-made disasters. Through donations raised from Associa employees and at fundraising events across the country, Associa Cares is able to provide necessary goods and services to the families affected by these types of tragedies.
