CHANTILLY, Va. – November 18, 2014 – Community Management Corporation (CMC), an Associa company, recently hosted its 7th Annual Vendor Fair benefitting Associa Cares. The event brought in a record breaking $265,000.
“This is an amazing event put together by a group of dedicated volunteers,” says CMC President and CEO Nick Mazzarella, “The Vendor Fair has grown and improved tremendously in the past seven years, to the point that it is the talk of the town in our local industry.”
Approximately 230 vendors representing more than 100 area companies spent the day networking with more than 350 managers in a “speed dating” format. With the help of generous vendors, the total amount raised was amazing $265,000 for Associa Cares, bringing the grand total for the past seven years to more than $1.5 million.

Also, this year there was an appearance from a very special guest – Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III! He arrived late in the afternoon to pose for pictures and sign footballs, jerseys, etc. His appearance was really a treat for the managers and vendors in attendance, and also brought some additional attention to a very worthwhile cause.
