18 Rochester Hills Families Benefit from Associa Cares
NOVI, Mich. – August 1, 2012 – When tragedy strikes, Associa Cares is committed to helping those in need. In June, Associa Cares, the philanthropic arm of Associa, donated nearly $40,000 in relief funds to families across the country, $14,500 of which went to 18 Rochester Hills families on behalf of Kramer-Triad Management Group.
“This was a heart-wrenching disaster that affected 18 families,” said Kramer-Triad President and CEO Jeff Gourlie. “We hope the money donated helps each of these families get back on their feet very soon.”
Wednesday, June 13, a fire broke out at Oakwood Park Condominium Association. Two units were destroyed, four units were severely damaged by water and smoke and six units received smoke damage. The families of all 12 units were displaced as a result.
Associa Cares relies on volunteers from national and local committees to help identify people in both Associa and non-Associa managed communities affected by tragedies.
