MODESTO, Calif. – November 26, 2012 – Two homes are recovering from a fire, after Associa Cares, the philanthropic arm of Associa, donated to the relief efforts on behalf of M & C Association Management Services, Inc. (M & C), an Associa company.
Pilar Kelly and Julie McCoy each received donations from Associa Cares to help offset costs from the fire that affected both of their apartment homes.
“Associa Cares is a great resource for people whose lives are affected by disasters,” said President and CEO of M&C Heather Kerwin. “We hope the donation helps both Pilar and Julie return to normalcy as soon as possible.”
Associa Cares relies on volunteers from national and local committees to help identify people in both Associa and non-Associa managed communities affected by tragedies.
