Funds to Assist Family with Rebuilding Expenses
WAXAHACHIE, Texas – October 8, 2010 – Associa, the leader in community association management, with the help of Associa Cares, recently donated $12,000 to families in Waxachachie, Texas, who recently were victims of a large fire.
Twelve apartment units were destroyed in an afternoon fire on May 23rd, leaving 43 residents homeless and without their possessions. The fire took nearly 90 minutes to fully extinguish, and at one point, every fire department in a 30-mile radius was battling the flames.
“It was such a pleasure to help this family, and we are glad they are all safe,” said Joey Carona, President of Associa Cares. “These families are truly deserving of the help, and I am glad Associa Cares was able to arrange for the donation quickly and in their time of need.”
