KATY, Texas – November 30, 2016 – Principal Management Group (PMG) of Houston and Houston Community Management Services, Associa companies, recently cut a check for $25,000 following the Associa Cares Annual Golf Scramble. Associa Cares is an organization set up to benefit families across the country that are in need of assistance following a catastrophe at home such as a flood, fire, or tornado.
Close to 100 golfers comprised of association board members, valued vendors, and community management professionals took part in the fundraiser which included 18 holes of golf, a visit from the Houston Texans cheerleaders, lunch, and vendor sponsored attractions. The event took place on October 7 at The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch in Katy, Texas.
“The weather was perfect, the turnout was tremendous, and the generosity shown by our employees and our community partners made for one of the best golf tournaments we have ever hosted,” said Associa PMG President Dora Parker. “We’re proud to be part of the Associa family and come together to show our support for a cause as worthy as Associa Cares.”
