LAS VEGAS, Nev. – May 25, 2011- Benchmark Association Services, an Associa company, recently completed the relocation of its corporate office, and in conjunction with the move, successfully raised money for Associa Cares.
Benchmark conducted an inventory of office furniture, computer equipment and other miscellaneous items that would not make the trip to the new office and sold them to various second-hand stores. The total proceeds exceeded $1,300 dollars and the money was donated to Associa Cares.
“Once we realized we were going to have items not moving to the new office, we wanted to try and tie in the move as a fundraiser for Associa Cares,” said Benchmark President and CEO Carol M. Schecter. “Thanks to our employees and clients, we were able to present Associa Cares with a check for more than $1,300. A special thanks goes out to our client and biggest supporter in this fundraiser, Copper Creek Homeowners Association.”
