BELLINGHAM, Wash. – July 31, 2013 – EMB Management, an Associa company, partnered with Associa Cares, the philanthropic arm of Associa, to donate funds to three Ferndale families.
Three families were displaced when their homes caught fire in North Ferndale, Wash. The fire spread quickly between the three homes leaving two damaged and uninhabitable and completely destroying the third. Thankfully, no injuries were suffered as a result of the fire.
“Losses like this are a traumatic event for all involved” says Janelle Fenton, EMB Management’s Director of Marketing and Operations. “When EMB heard news of the fire, we immediately went to work requesting assistance for the families.”
Those affected by the fire received a combined total of $4,500 from Associa Cares to assist them in replacing belongings lost in the fire.
