Funds to Assist with Rebuilding Expenses
HOUSTON – January 18, 2011 – Houston Community Management Services, an Associa company, with the help of Associa Cares, recently donated $1,000 to Scott and Trish Hill, who lost their home and belongings in a fire on December 13.
The Hills were asleep in their home when they were woken by a neighbor who saw the fire and helped them escape without injury. While the couple made it out safely, they lost priceless items, including various pieces of family memorabilia. Thanks to Associa Cares, Scott and Trish are able to begin the rebuilding process sooner than they had expected.
“While we were saddened to learn of their tragedy, we were delighted to be able to help Mr. and Mrs. Hill,” said LeJean Griffith, Executive Vice President of HCMS. “They are truly deserving of this assistance, and I am glad Associa Cares was able to quickly arrange for the much needed aid and assistance.”
