St. Louis, MO – October 24, 2018 – Smith Management Group (SMG), an Associa company, has requested assistance for displaced residents of their managed community, Parc Lorraine Condominium Association, through Associa’s national non-profit organization, Associa Cares.
Parc Lorraine Condominium Association residents have been temporarily displaced from their condominiums due to a sewer system malfunction from aging sewer lines.
“As the situation is being resolved by the St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District, Smith Management Group and Associa Cares wanted to help the residents during this stressful time,” stated Roger Kinney, SMG president. “Associa Cares is providing direct grants to displaced residents for temporary housing, storage, and to replace items lost due to water damage. We know the situation is being address as quickly as possible, and we wanted to show our support to the residents affected.”
