Join us for Texas LIVE! Organized and hosted by Associa Hill Country, Houston Community Management Services, Principal Management Group of Houston, Principal Management Group of North Texas, and Somerset, we aim to raise awareness and crucial funds for our nonprofit charity affiliate, Associa Cares.
Associa Cares is our affiliate 501(c)(3), public charity created to assist families and communities in crisis as a result of natural and man-made disasters. When you or someone you know experiences a loss due to a qualifying disaster, Associa Cares provides direct financial assistance – no matter their affiliation (or non-affiliation) with Associa or its managed communities.
2020 has presented challenges and opportunities to pivot and adjust to meet the ever-changing needs of our world. In light of these challenges faced by many this year, we invite you to take the opportunity to pivot and adjust right along with us as we help raise crucial funds to help people get back on their feet as quickly as possible.
For your support, you’ll enjoy an evening of true-to-Texas, feel-good music, prize giveaways, an online auction, and messages from our leadership – all from the comfort of your own home.

The online auction will be open for bidding starting on October 20, 2020, and close an hour after the event begins. More details to come!

HOW: Once you choose to participate in the event:
1. Make check payable to Associa Cares, with “Associa Texas LIVE!” in the check memo. Mail your check to:

2. Register for the event. You’ll receive an email with instructions to register for the event after your payment has been made. You’ll begin receiving communications regarding the event and auction shortly after you complete your payment.
ATTIRE: Whatever you choose.
PAYMENT & REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Please submit your payment and registration by October 5, 2020. Please note that payments received after this deadline may not receive full benefits and recognition due to production times.
RECOGNITION & PROGRAM DEADLINE: As applicable to your selected level, please submit your logo, ad, and any other materials by October 5, 2020. Please note materials submitted after this deadline may not be included in all benefit and recognition pieces due to production times.
