Funds to Assist Families with Rebuilding Expenses
STOCKTON, Calif. – December 13, 2010 – M&C Association Management Services, Inc., an Associa company, with the help of Associa Cares, recently donated $3,500 to homeowners in the Oaks Community Association near Ione, California, who were affected by a fire.
Preston Vonslochteren recently lost his home and vehicles to a house fire that started in his garage. The fire also blew out the windows of Harold McCarver’s home located next door.
Thanks to Associa Cares, M & C Community Manager Tasha Elrod presented a check for $2,500 to Mr. Vonslochteren, and a check for $1,000 to Mr. McCarver to help with rebuilding costs.
“On behalf of all five M & C offices, it was a great pleasure being able help those in need,” said Rolf Crocker President of M&C. “The individuals involved are truly deserving of the help, and I am glad Associa Cares was able to quickly arrange much needed aid and assistance.”
The donated money was raised through raffles and other special events M & C conducts with its employees on an annual basis.
